How it works
Customer checks out
They pick GCash, Bank Transfer or COD at checkout, then choose how they'll pay, with your QR code and copy buttons.
Pays & uploads
The Thank you page shows your QR and the amount due. They pay and upload the receipt.
Staff check it
The receipt shows on the order. Tap Checked and the order can be marked paid.

Questions stores ask
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. Customers choose GCash, bank transfer or cash on delivery and upload their receipt on the Thank you and Order status pages, which every Shopify plan can customize. On Shopify Plus they can also choose right under the payment method at checkout.
Do I need a payment gateway or a GCash merchant account?
No. Add one manual payment method in Shopify (we give you the text to paste). Customers pay to the GCash number, QR or bank account you already use, or cash on delivery.
Does the app mark my orders as paid?
Only if you turn it on. Then tapping Checked marks the Shopify order paid for the amount still due. Leave it off and your admin marks orders paid in Shopify.
What if the customer sends the receipt on Messenger?
Staff upload it from the app. It lands on the same order, in the same list to check.
What happens if I go over 250 proofs on Basic?
Uploads keep working, so a customer's receipt is never lost. You'll be asked to move to Unlimited.
